VIDEO: Bomb explosion in Kabul kills 24

TEHRAN, Sep. 17 (MNA) – A bomb blast near an election rally held by Afghan President Ashraf Ghani in Kabul killed at least 24 people and wounded more than 30 on Tuesday.
